Field Trip to Oakes Museum

Our field trip to Oakes Museum at Messiah College is Wednesday, May 13th.  We will be leaving at 9:15 and returning to school around 1:30.  Chaperones, please check in at the office at 9:05.  Just a reminder that I will not be riding the bus with the students but there will be another teacher on the bus with them.  Please make sure your child has a packed lunch with their name on for that day.  The lunch should be in a bag that can be thrown away.  Also, please be sure to have students wear sneakers, as we will be doing a lot of walking.  I look forward to a fun time and promise to post lots of pictures! :)

Homework Update

Hello all!  I am in the process of collecting the nightly homework books from students.  If you have any at home, please send them back in with your child.  For the remainder of the year, your child will not be bringing home a book to read.  However, I encourage you to read books that you have at home with your child each night.  They will still have their library books and some reading groups will bring home work to do occasionally.

Have a great weekend! We are loving the warm weather!!
