The secret walker club is when people in the class do good things in the hallway. They get a secret walker slip. They put it in a raffle and if Mrs. Smith pulls your name out you get to have lunch with her.

What's Going On??

Hello everyone!  I just got on the computer (usually I use my Iphone to post blog pics) and I realized that nothing that I posted is showing up on the blog since last week!  Oh no!  I'm sorry about that!  Gotta check in to see what's going on!

Anyway, starting today, I will be picking a photographer of the day.  This kiddo will take pictures throughout the day of things happening in the classroom and post them at the end of the day.  They will also be providing a description of the pictures.

Hello everyone!  From now on, you will notice that there is a number grade on the open-ended response on the back of your child's reading test.  This number tells indicates how your child did on the open-ended response according to a rubric.  Please see below so that you know what the number means! :)

The Secret Life of Mr. Kramer

Yesterday and today, room 21 friends wrote about the "Secret Life of Mr. Kramer."  Their job was to use their imagination and make up a story about what Mr. Kramer could do on the weekends!  Their goal was to entertain their audience! 

Here are a few of our stories:
The Secret Life of Mr. Kramer-By Cameron
On weekends Mr. Kramer has a date on Sunday at the wedding.  First, he put on his clothes.  He needs wedding clothes.  Next, he drove to the beach.  He runs to his wife.  Then, the wedding started.  They kissed.  Last, he relaxed.  "That was cool." he said.  He was happy.

I think Mr. Kramer is a spy on the weekends in New York.  First he has to get through all of the security with his key cards.  He has about 6 different ones.  Next he has to put the password in.  He is in now.  Then he sees if he has any calls.  If he does he will get suited up but if he does not, then he tries to make new gadgets.  Last, he has all of his missions done.  After, he goes back to the school.  That must be a cool job.

Mr. Kramer goes to Africa on the weekend.  He sees the animals.  First, Mr. Kramer pets the animals.  Next, he feeds the animals.  Then he plays with the animals.  Finally, he goes back home.  He had an adventurous time.

On weekends, Mr. Kramer is a pirate on a pirate ship.  First, he gets his pirate clothes on.  then, he gets on the ship.  Then, another ship comes.  All of a sudden they start fighting.  Next, they are firing canons.  The other ship sinks.  Finally, they sail back to shore.  They were happy.
